OUR COMPANY

Founded in 1999, MSIng is a leading engineering company with the full range in civil engineering. Our team currently consists of 45 highly trained civil engineers. Through ongoing internal and external training, we are able to implement the current state of the art in planning to your advantage. At our locations in Stuttgart, Ettlingen, Reutlingen and Skopje, we cover all areas - regardless of project size or type.

We offer holistic structural design, finite element analyses and static calculations, including the production of all necessary planning documents.
MSIng also specialises in object planning for engineering structures, expert opinions on building damage, as well as teaching and research.

From the initial consultation, through design and approval planning and construction supervision, to documentation, we are the first choice for new construction / reconstruction and renovation in structural, civil and industrial engineering.

Through our membership and cooperation in the "Ingenieurkammer Baden-Württemberg", our teaching activities at the University of Stuttgart and our certification as experts for building damage, we have a high level of up-to-date and quality-assured planning expertise.

We always strive to work out optimal and economical solutions in close contact with our clients and to realise our customers' ideas individually, unbureaucratically, flexibly, efficiently and economically.

The project-related working method is characterised by a high quality of consultation, technically well founded solutions in planning with a high degree of creativity at the same time, a consistently realistic cost estimate for the projects and reliable adherence to deadlines.

We attach great importance to fair, open and mutually supportive cooperation between staff and management. Early, goal-oriented discussion with colleagues and specialists in the office and close supervision of newcomers form the foundation of our work.

We have been quality certified by TÜV Rheinland since July 2019!

With the QM standard "Planer am Bau" that we use, clear processes and responsibilities are defined in the daily workflow. This means less search time and errors - and therefore more time for the actual project work. More time to be able to present the best solutions and results to our clients.

The quality standards we have set guarantee uniform and even smoother project handling. Everyone benefits from this: our employees, but first and foremost our customers!

We see our quality management as a continuous improvement process with the aim of constantly optimising the planning process.
